Discussion and possible action regarding a Ratification Agreement between the Board of Oklahoma County Commissioners and the Office of Juvenile Affairs in an amount of $2,640,454.48. This is for payment of the State's statutory portion of costs associated with the operation of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention facility for the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
