Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 046B to the Agreement for Services between Flintco LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Behavioral Care Center and associated infrastructure in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Forty-One Dollars and NO/100 ($364,441.00). This change order is necessary to furnish and install the Video Surveillance System using Hanwha or Axis camera types, including cameras at the designated locations. Requisition No. 12702635 has been issued from Capital Projects-New Jail Fund 2080 in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars and 05/100 ($100,474.05), and Requisition No. 12702636 has been issued from Jail Bond Fund 2034 in the amount of Two Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Six Dollars and 95/100 ($263,966.95), contingent upon final encumbrance of funds.
