Title: Discussion and possible action regarding a Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and CREOKS Health Services. The purpose of this Service Agreement is to provide non-residential services to non-adjudicated and adjudicated juvenile offenders in a comprehensive program designed to meet the needs of the youth.
