Discussion and possible action regarding to approve or deny Resolution No. 2026-2957 accepting the Final Plat of Duncan Hill, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2024-08) was approved by the Planning Commission on August 15, 2024. The plat includes four (4) lots encompassing approximately ten (9.51) acres. The subject property is located 400 feet south of Reno Ave. on the west side of Peebly Rd., in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
