Title: Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2025-0797 to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land from R-2 - Rural Residential District to C-G - Commercial-General District (Z-2025-01). The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on February 20, 2025. The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop an RV sales and service center. The area to be rezoned encompasses approximately 5.0 acres. The property is located 900 feet east of Henney Rd. on the north side of SE 29th St. (County Highway District #2). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
