Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-2182: Transfer of appropriations from Capital Projects Capital 55000 2010-120 Project C0086 - Juvenile Courtroom to Fourth Floor Phase One Project C00092 in an amount not to exceed $260,000.00. This transfer is necessary to cover anticipated expenses for the building of two courtrooms and associated chambers and restrooms on the Fourth Floor Courtrooms in the Annex building. This item was approved by Public Improvement and Infrastructure Committee on May 11, 2026. This item is requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
