Discussion and possible action for the approval of an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between the City of Midwest City and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 74, O.S. § 1001 et seq. and Title 19, O.S. § 339(A)(18), for resurfacing the parking lot located at the Midwest City Community Action Agency, 1124 N. Douglas Blvd., Midwest City. Oklahoma County shall provide labor, equipment, and materials for the project in an amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars and Eighty-Three Cents ($30,484.83). Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, the City of Midwest City shall reimburse Oklahoma County for 100% of the costs of labor, equipment, and materials in an amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars and Eighty-Three Cents ($30,484.83). This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2027. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
