Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Nichols Hills and the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to repair a portion of road belonging to the municipality located at Drakestone Avenue. The estimated cost of materials is not to exceed $71,519.53, of which the City of Nichols Hills will reimburse the county 100% for the actual cost of materials. This item requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
