Title: Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 05 to the Agreement for Services between Caddell & Co., LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for Court Clerk Social Distancing-ARPA Project # 10033. This change order is necessary 5 revising the wall framing to accommodate electrical rough-in that it is less obtrusive. It re-worked the electrical and added “pony walls”, faux columns and miscellaneous trim and finishes in the amount of Eighty-Six Thousand Dollars and NO/100 ($86,000).
