Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-3998: Intra-Fund Transfer of Funds from Special Revenue Fund 7030 Public Building Authority (PBA) 7030-463 PBA American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)-Krowse, Project AR064 to Fund 1415-305 Jail ARPA Const Projects, Project AR130 - Behavioral Health Services, in the amount not to exceed $0.01, approved by the Public Improvement and Infrastructure Committee on September 22, 2026, and the Board of County Commissioners on September 23, 2026. This transfer is necessary to cover access control with contact tracing or other change orders at the Behavioral Care Center. This item is requested by Jessica Clayton, County Manager.
