Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement for Services between Anderson & House, Inc., and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Existing Jail Loading Dock- ARPA Project #10077. Anderson & House, Inc. submits Change Order No. 1 to upgrade keyed door controllers. The total amount of the change order shall not exceed Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and no cents ($4,365.00). This is within the statutory allowable change order limit. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
