Discussion and possible action regarding Professional Services Agreement between Oklahoma County Assessor's Office, and Board of County Commissioners and Thimgan & Associates. The term of the contract will be July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Requisition No. 12700574 has been issued to Thimgan & Associates in the amount not to exceed $115,000.00 for annual renewal, contingent upon encumbrance of funds.
