Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of County Commissioners and The Homeless Alliance to provide Opioid Abatement services for the 2025 Oklahoma Attorney General Opioid Abatement Grant. This grant has a three-year term with a total amount of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars, and No Cents ($200,000.00). This agreement shall begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The amount for FY27 shall not exceed Sixty-six Thousand, Six Hundred Sixty-six dollars, and Sixty-six Cents ($66,666.66). Pending full encumbrance of funds. Requisition # 12701269.
