Discussion and possible action to approve a journal entry to reconcile financial records and reclassify miscellaneous expenses for Fiscal Years 2021 through 2023. The reclassification is necessary to align accounting records with bank statements and County Treasurer records in the amount of $97,911.40. Although these expenses were previously reconciled between the Treasurer's Office and Bank of Oklahoma, they were not properly reflected in the Detention Center accounting system. Approval of this journal entry will bring Detention Center accounting records into balance with the corresponding bank and County Treasurer records. Requested by Tim Kimrey, Jail Administrator.
