Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-2190: Transfer of funds for American Rescue Plan 2021 (ARPA) Special Revenue Fund 1415 from the Court Clerk Social Distancing - 1415-309-AR033 Capital 55025, including the closing of Purchase Order 22503685 to Jail ARPA Construction Project 1415-305 - AR130 Capital 55055 in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Two Dollars and 95/100 ($282,302.95), created for project overruns. This PO is no longer needed for the project, as all known overrun invoices have been paid, and the reallocation of the remaining funds to Behavioral Care Center ARPA Project AR130. This item was approved by Public Improvement and Infrastructure Committee on May 18, 2026. This transfer is contingent upon Board of County Commissioners approval on May 20, 2026.
