Discussion and possible action to ratify employee raises instituted by the Jail Administrator and within the scope of his authority on January 9, 2026, which became effective January 21, 2026, to render moot the legal issues raised by Neal Center for Justice, Inc. vs. Holman, amended as Neal v. Holman, Oklahoma County Case No. CV-2026-837 and in exchange for the Plaintiff’s agreement of dismissal of the action. Requested by Trustee Derrick Scobey.
