Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 022A to the Agreement for Services between Flintco LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Behavioral Care Center and associated infrastructure in the amount not to exceed Twenty-Four Thousand, One Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars and NO/100 ($24,135.00). This change order is necessary for framing updates at North Wall of Pod 3, upsizing natural gas line, furnish and install V Loop Expansion Joints, gear operated butterfly valves for future expansion, safety dampers at locations clarified in RFI #305 and Demo and repour to accommodate new location and increased recess at RM 078. Requisition No. 12604840 has been issued from- 2080 - Jail Capital Fund, contingent upon final encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
