Discussion and possible action regarding an amendment to the “Wage Withholding Authorization for Oklahoma County Form” on page 54 of the Oklahoma County Employee Handbook to include “I understand and agree that if I steal, embezzle or misappropriate any goods, services or money from the county, that upon separation from employment, I agree to allow the county to offset from my final paycheck any money owed to the county that can be traced and attributed to my misconduct pursuant to O.A.C. § 380:30-1-7(d)." and “[it is my responsibility to ensure all] county property [is returned]”. This item is recommended by the Handbook Committee and requested by Kimberly Zuhdi, Vice-Chair for the Handbook Committee.
