Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-2431: Request to establish a new Capital Improvement Project, C00093, for the Juvenile Justice Chiller 2026, contingent upon Board of County Commissioners approval, and to transfer $900,000.00 from Project C0086 - Juvenile Courtrooms to establish the original budget for this project. This project is necessary to track the mechanical, installation, electrical, engineering, and design expenses for the Juvenile Justice Center Chiller. This item was requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
