Discussion and possible action regarding approval of Supplemental and Modification Agreement No. 1 to the Project Maintenance, Financing, and Right-of-Way Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for Luther Road from NE 36th Street to NE 50th Street, District 2, Project No. STP-255C(712)CI, State Job No. 28718(18). This supplemental agreement increases County Improvements for Roads and Bridges (CIRB) funds and decreases County funding, with a total estimated construction cost of $1,836,350.00, including $500,000.00 in Surface Transportation Program (STP) funds, $1,236,350.00 in CIRB funds, and $100,000.00 in County funds.
