Discussion and possible action to approve or deny Resolution No. 2026-3867 accepting the Final Plat of 7227 N. Peebly Rd. Addition, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2026-08) was approved by the Planning Commission on September 17, 2026. The plat consists of two (2) lots encompassing approximately ten (9.99) acres. The subject property is located along Peebly Rd., .5 mile south of Britton Rd., in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
