Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 003 to the Agreement for Services between Flintco LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Behavioral Care Center and associated infrastructure in the amount the county agrees to sell the excess dirt for Twenty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars and NO/100 ($28,500.00). This change order is necessary to sell excess dirt. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
