Discussion and possible action regarding a Right-of-Way Maintenance Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Wyatt Bynum (individual contractor) for right-of-way maintenance services within designated areas of Oklahoma County. The County shall compensate contractor for non-mowing maintenance at a rate of $136.50 per lane mile, not to exceed 156 lane miles, as well as four (4) mowings at an amount not to exceed $85,200.00. Approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA. Requested by Paul Foster, Interim County Commissioner, District 3.
