Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2026-3869 accepting the Final Plat of Avondale Estates, as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2026-06) was approved by the Planning Commission on September 17, 2026. The plat consists of ninety-eight (98) lots that encompass approximately one hundred and forty-eight (148.40) acres. The subject property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of NW 206th St./Covell Rd. and MacArthur Blvd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
