Discussion and possible action regarding approval of a On-Road2 Memorandum of Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) and the Board of County Commissioners. This agreement is part of the funding created by the Volkswagen Diesel Emissions Environmental Mitigation Trust. This is a reimbursement grant not to exceed $515,338.42 for the purchase of a bucket truck and two dump trucks for Highway District 3 . Requested by Myles Davidson, Chairman.
