Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 4 to the Agreement for Services between Flintco, LLC. and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Oklahoma County Behavioral Care Center-ARPA # 10130. This change order is necessary to furnish information that is supplemental to the Contract Documents. The parties agree there is no additional fee associated with this change order. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
