Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-2588: Transfer of funds from Special Revenue Capital Improvement 2010-120, Capital 55000, Project C0086 - Juvenile Courtroom to Project C00093 - Juvenile Justice in an amount not to exceed $900,000.00, contingent upon Board of County Commissioners approval. This transfer is necessary to cover the anticipated mechanical, installation, electrical, engineering, and design expenses for the Juvenile Justice Center Chiller. This item was requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
