Discussion and possible action regarding a General Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Edmond the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County to perform work to construct, improve, or repair roadways within the incorporated limits of the Municipality. These agreements shall become effective on July 1, 2026, and shall terminate on June 30, 2027. Requested by Paul Foster, Interim Commissioner, District 3.
