Discussion and possible action to approve the Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the Crooked Oak Public School District pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) and Title 19 O.S. § 359; to assist Crooked Oak Public Schools with the repair of roads and sidewalks on school property. The County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $23,284.61 for labor,equipment, materials, and sub-contractors. School agrees to reimburse County an amount not to exceed $12,181.20 for all material costs. This Agreement shall be effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2026.
