Discussion and possible action to amend the Memorandum of Understanding between the Oklahoma County Benefits and Retirement Department and the Board of County Commissioners regarding obligation of funds for ARPA Project 10113: Benefits, COVID Medical Claims Projections through an interagency memorandum of understanding at a reduction of $900,000.00 leaving the not to exceed amount as $1,328,473.76. The reduction of $900,000.00 is to be evenly distributed between each of the three County Commissioner offices for allocation to other projects. Requested by Brian Maughan District 2 and Chairman of the Board.
