Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement for Services between KONE Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for Oklahoma County Annex Elevators ARPA Project # 10120. This change order is necessary for costs associated with out of town work crew and necessary overtime. The county agrees to pay an additional One Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars and NO/100 ($196,929.00) for the additional work. Purchase Order 22501636 has been issued to cover this additional fee. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
