Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-5307 accepting the Final Plat of Bonanza Gardner Estates as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2024-11) was approved by the Planning Commission on November 21, 2024. The plat consists of two (2) lots that encompass approximately five (5) acres. The subject property is located .25 miles north of SE 59th St. on the west side of Pottawatomie Rd. along Old Oak Rd. in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
