Discussion and possible action regarding Professional Services Agreement between Oklahoma County Assessor's Office, and Board of County Commissioners and Just Appraised for online filings. The term of the contract will be July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Requisition No. 12700350 has been issued to Just Appraised in the amount not to exceed $99,225.00 for annual renewal, contingent upon encumbrance of funds.
