Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 2 to the Agreement for Services between Flintco, LLC. and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Oklahoma County Behavioral Care Center-ARPA # 10130. This change order is necessary to replace plan sheets. The parties agree there is no additional fee associated with this change order. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
