Title: Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2025-4598 to amend or not to amend the zoning provided in Title 19 O.S., §868.16 for a tract of land in an R-2 - Rural Residential District. The Planned Unit Development (PUD-2025-03) adopts the R-2 Rural Residential District regulations except as modified to allow the additional use: Industrial: Limited, restricted to the manufacturing of aviation blade-balancing equipment. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission recommended approval during a public meeting held on November 20, 2025. The tract of land is located at 22555 N. Meridian Ave. and consists of 1.174 acres (County Highway District #3). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
