Title: Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2026-3971 for the Chairman to sign the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) Rural Economic Action Plan Grant (REAP) in the amount of $300,000. Funding would be utilized to do a complete road rebuild of a 1 mile section of 108th St. from Harrah Rd. to Oklahoma County line. This grant would greatly improve the transportation ability of farmers, ranchers, and residents in the area with safe and accessible travel to nearby towns and municipalities. Application and project development was prepared by Dan Spaeth. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
