Discussion and possible action regarding ARPA Capital Projects (construction of new facilities or renovation of existing facilities), including but not limited to project design, anticipated start and completion dates, anticipated project bid lettings and project award dates, and utilization of construction management firm to oversee and represent the County's best interests in all ARPA Capital Projects.
