Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between the City of Piedmont and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for reconstructing County Line Rd, a county section line road between 192nd and 206th. The total amount of project is not to exceed $740,000.00, of which the City of Piedmont shall reimburse Oklahoma County 50% of actual project costs not to exceed $370,000. Approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA. Requested by Myles Davidson, Commissioner, District 3.
