Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Nichols Hills and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for road repair on Greystone Avenue between Drakestone Avenue and Westchester Drive. The total amount of this project is not to exceed $70,000, of which the City of Nichols Hills will reimburse Oklahoma County 100% of the actual costs of materials not to exceed $14,018.40. This item requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and reviewed as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA.
