Discussion and possible action regarding the acceptance, modification, and/or the amendment of the attached Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of County Commissioners, the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office, and the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority for the provision of operating the court holding facility on the 11th floor of the courthouse. This MOU is set for an amount of $340,261.89, which is the exact expense related to salaries, FICA, retirement, and health benefits for the four (4) personnel assigned to perform these duties. This MOU will take effect on July 1, 2026 and will end on June 30, 2027. Unless otherwise terminated or suspended in writing in accordance with Article IV hereof, this Agreement will automatically renew on July 1st of each option year with updated contract pricing that reflects any cost of living adjustments and/or expense increases/decreases.
