Discussion and possible action regarding the development of a meeting agenda policy similar to Oklahoma County where a draft agenda is submitted by the Criminal Justice Authority and then published by the County Clerk's office within 48 hours (2 business days) of the scheduled meeting date & time, thus allowing Trustees time to add any desired agenda items before a final agenda is published 24 hours (1 business day) prior to the scheduled meeting. Requested by Paul Foster, Trustee, Criminal Justice Authority.
