Discussion and possible action regarding a Project Agreement between Oklahoma County and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) for services associated with the construction of State Job No. 28718(08), (09), (10), (11), Luther Road from Britton Road extending 3MI North to Memorial Road, (Includes 2 Bridges) (District Two). This project is funded through County Improvements for Roads and Bridges (CIRB) funds administered by ODOT. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, P.E., County Engineer, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
