Discussion and possible action to approve subjects for inclusion in the bylaws including, but not limited to: contingency methods to approve claims, preliminary and time-sensitive litigation decisions, handling of personnel matters, use of personal email and electronic devices for public business, approval of contracts, acceptance of donations, public comments to the media, approval of agenda items to be considered by the Authority, and roles of subcommittees.
