Title: Discussion and possible regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between the City of Choctaw and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of a portion of road belonging to the Municipality, location at NE 10th St between N Indian Meridian Road and Triple X Road. The total estimated project is $706,654.61, but not to exceed $710,000. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all materials in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Eight Dollars and Ten Cents ($499,808.10). This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2025.
