Discussion and possible action regarding a Circuit Engineering District (CED5) Fund Project Application to purchase a Rockland B Linkage 54" Skeleton Bucket. This attachment will sort concrete chunks to be crushed and used in place of 1 1/2" crusher. The bucket has a cost not to exceed $29,535.00, of which $25,000.00 would be reimbursed by CED5. The remaining $4,535.00 would come out of Highway Funds. Requested by Paul Foster, Interim Commissioner, District 3.
