Discussion and possible action to amend contract between Benchmark and the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority. Contract amendment allows supplementation of the items offered for purchase through the inmate commissary with a percentage of the revenue to be shared with the Authority. Contract amendment is anticipated to increase revenues that can be used to support Detention Center functions. Requested by Tim Kimrey, Jail Administrator.
