Title: Discussion and possible action to approve the contract between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and Oklahoma County for the 2026 Rural Economic Action Plan Funds (REAP) grant in the amount of $280,000. The funding will be utilized to assist the Town of Arcadia with the rehabilitation of 1.6 miles of Anderson Rd., beginning at the intersection of U.S. Route 66 and extending north to a half-mile beyond Covell Road. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
