Discussion and possible action regarding the attached Interlocal Agreement between the City of Choctaw, the City of Bethany, the City of Nichols Hills, the City of The Village, and the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office supporting the Oklahoma County Multi-Jurisdictional Tactical Unit. Requested by Tommie Johnson III, Oklahoma County Sheriff, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
