Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2026-3248 to amend or not amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land from R-1 - Acreage Residential District to Planned Unit Development (PUD-2026-01). The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a single-family subdivision on approximately 148 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on July 16, 2026. The property is located at the northeast corner of MacArthur Blvd. and NW 206th St./Covell Rd. (County Highway District #3). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
