Discussion and possible action to approve the Agreement for Services between H.W. Lochner, Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners regarding Bridge No. 07, Waterloo Road over Chisholm Creek Bridge Design. The total amount of the agreement shall not exceed Three Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($364,000.00). Requisition No. 12607484 has been issued from CBRI Fund (11116120) contingent upon final encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer and has been approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
